Special Town Board Meeting Minutes

1. Call to order by Chairman Sotka
2. Roll Call

3. Approval of Agenda
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0
4. Closed Session: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved – phone conference with Attorney Coggins regarding citation #s 4004, 4005, and 4006.
Supervisor Hanson made a motion to enter closed session at 5:52pm. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Roll call vote: Sotka _Y_, Burmek _Y_, Hanson _Y_, Yes 3, No 0, Abstain 0
5. Reconvene into Open Session and take any necessary public action as per Wis. Stats. 19.85(2)
The board reconvened into open session at 6:43pm. Supervisor Hanson made a motion to keep citation #4004 at $200, citation #4005 would drop to $200, and citation #4006 would remain $200 with the stipulation that the residents must license all dogs in January 2026. If the residents do not agree to the plea offered or pay the lessened fines, all total citations will be enforced. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0
6. Adjournment
Supervisor Sotka made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:44pm. Seconded by Supervisor Burmek. Carried 3-0
