4. Closed Session: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Deputy Clerk. The Board may reconvene to open session to take any action.
5. Reconvene into Open Session and take any necessary public action as per Wis. Stats. 19.85(2)
6. Adjournment
